3 Eligibility Requirements

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if discovered, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds will be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. hgvg reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.
4 Account and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
5.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on hgvg is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi taka (৳).
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
5.3 Verification Process
For large withdrawal amounts, hgvg may request the necessary documents for identity verification (KYC). This process is required to ensure financial security.
6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
6.1 Welcome Bonus
hgvg offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
The specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
6.3 Other Promotions
Special promotions, festival offers and loyalty rewards are provided from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the promotion details.
7 VIP Program and Cashback
hgvg's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits and other exclusive privileges.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

8 Gaming Rules
8.1 Fair Play Policy
hgvg is committed to ensuring fair play at all times. All games are operated by third-party technology providers and their outcomes are determined entirely by a random process.
8.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using software, bots or automation to alter game outcomes.
- Attempting to gain an advantage in games through group coordination (collusion).
- Operating multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing bonus terms.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
8.3 Technical Issues
If a game session is disrupted due to a technical error, hgvg may offer a refund or the opportunity to replay for the affected round. However, no winnings may be claimed as a result of a technical issue.

13 Limitation of Liability
hgvg bears no responsibility in the following cases:
- If a game session is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
- Due to delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
- If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence.
- If the service is disrupted due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not in any case exceed the total value of the transaction concerned.
